|Group Cruise Perks Program|
Cruising is no doubt one of the most fun and cost-effective vacations you can take, but traveling with a group is even more fun and a unique experience, but the planning stages can be a challenge for most. At CruiseOne - Enderby, Young & Associates are your Group Experts. We have developed relationships with all the major cruise lines to give you a seamless group cruise experience! We're here to help you the entire way including planning, organizing, and educating you about your traveling options. We take care of all the details, such as, setting up payment plans to stretch out the cost of your cruise for each passenger, scheduling group space onboard the ship or at the resort, making group dining arrangements, setting up special meeting space for your group to have a one-on-one or private party, and so much more.
A "group" is generally defined by most cruise lines as at least 16 members/cruisers or 8 cabins. Group travel is a great choice for:
EXCLUSIVE CruiseOne - Enderby, Young & Associates GROUP CRUISE PERKS PROGRAM
Complimentary Cruise Fare for Group Leaders:
We can give your group one complimentary cruise fare, when at least eight staterooms, at double occupancy, sail. All you are responsible for paying are the port charges, government taxes & fuel supplement (if applicable). The complimentary cruise will be refunded to the group leader approximately 30 days after the return of the cruise (we can sometimes negotiate a free fare immediately depending on the cruise line). The value of the complimentary cruise is given in the cabin category with the majority of staterooms sold.
Complimentary Gifts for Your Group:
Each group cruise is awarded points to the travel agent by the cruise line. Instead of keeping these points as bonus commission, CruiseOne - Enderby, Young & Associates, trades these points in for gifts for the group. As the group leader, you may assist in selecting these gifts. Sample choices include: onboard credit, bottles of wine delivered to the stateroom, group photos or Bon Voyage Champagne and Chocolates! The points awarded are determined by the value of the cruise and may be higher the further in advance you reserve your cruise.
Group Dining and Group Events / Scheduled Space:
We are happy to assist groups in scheduling group dining, events and reserving space and equipment onboard the ship. Each cruise line has specific policies in place regarding this. For example, Carnival requires a minimum of 20 guests to schedule any special events. Space is always at the discretion and availability of the ship; therefore it is recommended that the group be encouraged to make full deposit as soon as possible. Space may not be requested until full deposit is collected for the group. Dining group requests may be made for groups of 8 cabins or more after the entire group has paid in full.
Promoting Your Group:
Promoting your group is a joint effort. CruiseOne - Enderby, Young & Associateswill partner with you in promoting your group cruise. We will provide you with marketing flyers with pricing, an itinerary and important information and disclaimers. If you like we will even develop a custom page on our website that you can direct potential guests to for the scoop on the cruise and constant updates up and until the sailing date.
The deposits and final payment guidelines are determined by the cruise lines or resorts; however, our agency will be flexible in working with each guest during the months before final payment. Guests may make payments each month or may wait until final payment to pay the balance. The more advance notice we are able to make reservations with the cruise line, the more time your members will have to pay on the cruise fare. Generally, all fares are due in full 90 days before sailing.
